Party with a Purpose raises $14,400!
The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery’s Young Professionals Board hosted over 200 guests at their recent ‘Party with a Purpose’ November 12th at Bar Napoli. This year thanks to the generosity of many they were able to raise $14,400 for Care of the Kids! Event Sponsors included: Lambright Family, McCarthy, Leonard, & Kaemmerer, Carrollton Bank, Glazer’s MidWest, F.A.S.T., St. Louis Auto Dealers, Cathy & Matt Thayer & the Riverfront Times.
Over the Top for Tots Luncheon a Great Success!
400 guests helped us raise over $70,000 for the Healing Hearts program which provides art therapy to our child in St. Charles County. The Crisis Nursery also received an additional $25,000 through the UPS Foundation presented by Board Member Vince Blood. Shop ‘n Save CEO, Marlene Gebhard also surprised the Nursery with $10,000 from an in-store promotion. Jack Banas, Prosecuting Attorney St. Charles County received the Guardian Angel Award and St. Joseph Health Center was presented with the Children’s Champion Award.
Celebrity Waiters’ Night raised $75,000!
Gorgeous people, flashing lights, a record number of 83 celebrities and over 800 guests! The 19th annual Celebrity Waitresses’ & Waiter’s Night, August 20th at Canyon Café and Cardwell’s at the Plaza in Plaza Frontenac raised $75,000 for the children of the Crisis Nursery.
Summer Wine Tastings
5th Annual Wine Tastings were held June 18th at Andria’s Steakhouse of Chesterfield and June 25th at Sherlock’s Steak and Seafood in Cottleville, MO. Thanks to the 150 guests who came out to support and learn more about the Crisis Nursery.
15th Annual Charity Golf Tournament raises $85,000!
15th Annual Golf Classic was held Monday June 8th at Sunset Country Club.
With 32 teams on the golf course and Emerson and Save-A-Lot as presenting sponsors, over $85,000 was raised!
11th Annual Razzle Dazzle Ball: A Caribbean Celebration was held April 4th, 2009 with 550 guests in attendance helping to raise over $318,000! Thank you to all of our generous donors.
