Ann W. Boayue, MSW, MPH - Strategic Operations Director
Ann Boayue (pronounced Boy-You) is a senior management professional with over 15 years of experience in program development, emergency response, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked with government agencies, NGOs, donor communities, and the private sector. Most recently, Ann served as Refugee Coordinator for the U.S. Embassy’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration in Uganda, overseeing humanitarian funding and initiatives supporting displaced populations.
Previously, she led Church World Service in South Africa as Country Representative, driving accountability and service improvements. She also worked as a Refugee Specialist in Nairobi, monitoring operations across East and Southern Africa.
As Strategic Operations Director, Ann leads cross-functional teams to streamline organizational processes, strengthen program delivery, and align strategic goals with operational execution.
Ann began her career in St. Louis at the International Institute, supporting newly arrived refugees, and later served as a Pediatric Medical Social Worker in the NICU at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
She holds an MSW and MPH from Saint Louis University and a BS in Psychology from Morgan State University.
