The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is a national leader in preventing child abuse and neglect. We’re grateful to the many community members who choose to share their time with us!
We offer a variety of meaningful volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups. To get started, please select your preferred volunteer opportunity below.
Note: We are unable to offer court-ordered community service hours. Please contact the United Way for those opportunities.
Join Our Hearts & Hands Volunteers
Groups or individuals who want to help with Crisis Nursery special projects.
This volunteer group was established in 2000 and is dedicated to supporting the Nursery through hands-on help, fundraising, and advocacy. Whether assisting at service sites, events, or behind the scenes, their efforts directly strengthen our mission to prevent child abuse and support families with nowhere else to turn.

Are you a community group that wants to provide the Nursery with a day of service?
We have plenty of opportunities for groups to help out with things like organizing, cleaning, gardening, etc. Please click the appropriate button below to be connected with the service area that works best for your group.
Donate to Our Wish List
We accept new item donations at all drop-off locations and the Administration Office—please call ahead. You can also donate via our Amazon Wish List.
