Karen currently serves as the Director of Development and Community Engagement. She has been an integral part of Crisis Nursery since 2007, bringing extensive experience in database management, fundraising, marketing, and donor cultivation. Throughout her time with the organization, she has played a key role in strengthening connections between the mission and the community it serves.

Passionate about building meaningful relationships, Karen has a natural talent for aligning the organization’s mission with each donor’s unique passions and motivations. She believes that philanthropy is deeply personal and takes pride in helping donors feel connected to the impact of their giving.
