Known for her compassion and commitment to the full employee experience, Kim has led initiatives that improve retention, streamline HR processes, and help leadership teams navigate workforce challenges. At the Nursery, she oversees recruitment, professional development, and employee engagement - making sure our organization remains a supportive and inspiring place to work.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering in the community, and traveling. She’s excited to be part of the Nursery family and looks forward to making a meaningful impact!
