Lily joined Saint Louis Crisis Nursery in July 2026 as Development Coordinator, bringing enthusiasm, relationship-building skills, and a passion for strengthening communities. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Management from Saint Louis University this past May.

Her experience spans donor relations, community outreach, and nonprofit program support. Throughout college, Lily coordinated fundraising and community engagement events, cultivated meaningful donor relationships, and led large-scale programming and mentorship initiatives.

Lily is drawn to the Crisis Nursery's mission of keeping kids safe and building strong families. She's excited to help donors and community partners see the impact of their generosity firsthand. She looks forward to growing alongside a team so dedicated to protecting children and supporting families across the St. Louis region.
