Rachel, MEd, is the Director of Communications at the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery. She began her career as an elementary teacher and later facilitated racial equity workshops for educators and young people, experiences that shaped her approach to advocacy, community engagement, and communications. She has also led communications for several local non-profits, bringing a passion for storytelling and building structures that connect people and communities.

Inspired by the authentic way the Nursery lives out its mission, Rachel is dedicated to supporting children and families by centering their voices and experiences in every aspect of the work. She believes in the power of the Nursery to create meaningful impact and strengthen communities for generations to come.
