With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Sheri has supported teams through talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic leadership across multiple sites. In recent years, she has led HR technology implementations aimed at enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. Sheri holds several professional credentials, including SHRM-CP, SAFe 6 Scrum Master, and certifications in DEI&B and Mental Health Awareness. She is also an active leader in the community, serving as a Neurodiversity Employment Adviser, DEI Champion, and president of both the St. Louis Regional Employee Relocation Council and Queen of All Saints PSR Advisory Board.

A passionate supporter of St. Louis City SC, Sheri enjoys sports, sunny walks with her five-year-old maltipoo Ellie, and watching or reading anything historical. At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to building inclusive, empowering workplace cultures—where every team member feels valued and understands the importance of their contributions. This belief fuels her dedication to the mission of the Crisis Nursery.
