Over the Top for Tots 2025!

Join us for one of the most anticipated events of the year, Over the Top for Tots, benefiting the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery! As a vendor, you'll showcase your products to more than 500 attendees at the Ameristar Conference Center in St. Charles, MO on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Vendors will set up from 8am-9:30am.

For a $250 fee, you’ll receive:

One 10x10 vendor space to be managed by a member of your team for the full event.
An 8-foot skirted table and chair (or bring your own display/racks)
One complimentary box lunch. Additional box lunches available for $15.
Direct access to a lively and engaged shopping crowd

We ask that all vendors donate 10% from net sales or provide an item or basket to be used in our raffle. This donation helps support the Nursery’s mission of preventing child abuse and providing emergency care to children in crisis.
